The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel special. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The hotel had great facilities, including a buffet breakfast with a wide selection of options. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the metro and close to a shopping mall.

The hotel offered a variety of services such as room service and a mini-bar, which was convenient. the common areas of the hotel, including the restaurant, bar, and reception, were well-maintained and inviting. the breakfast provided a wide selection of delicious options. the location of the hotel was also advantageous, with nearby public transportation options and easy access to the airport.

The beds were small and uncomfortable, with inconvenient bed sheets. the fluctuating water temperature in the shower was also bothersome.

I had a wonderful stay at Olissippo. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the metro station and a shopping mall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was delicious. I also received great assistance from the reception staff, especially Sara, who provided helpful information about the city and recommended sightseeing tours.
